Signatures are a fact of life, but are a pain to collect. extendedReach integrates the signature process seamlessly into your agency's workflow.
You probably want to go “paperless”, but what to do with all that paper? We have the answer that we call the Scanner Inbox. Our customers love it!
After all your meetings, documents written, signatures collected, you probably want to know if all this work is paying off! We've got you covered - with over 300 built-in reports and the ability to easily create custom reports.
extendedReach makes the management of case-related financials, invoices, insurance claims, and days care billing quick and easy. extendedReach integrates with most accounting systems, including Quickbooks.
Security of your information is non-negotiable. That’s why we are encrypted end-to-end, hosted in SOC 2-certified data centers, and log nearly everything in a powerful audit trail.
extendedReach was designed to work the way you already do. We leverage your existing checklists, documents, policies, and processes, enabling them with technology to work with less effort and more consistency.
We work directly off your checklists to configure extendedReach, making staff feel comfortable and at-home.
We use your existing Microsoft Word documents, forms, and data directly in extendedReach.
Scheduling, due dates, expirations, signatures, and approvals can meet your existing needs.
The heart of extendedReach is what we call the compliance tab. The compliance tab is similar to a checklist or a table of contents. We have found that many of our new customers had something very similar in the front of their binders. It showed them everything contained inside, for quick reference.
The compliance tab does that too, however, it does much more. At a glance you can see if everything is in order for a client, foster home, or staff member. It’s aware of due dates, expiration dates, relationships, birthdays, rate levels, placements, … you name it. Best of all, your staff will intuitively understand it.
Over 12,000 professionals trust extendedReach to manage their casework. Here is what they are saying...
